Dispatch and Delivery Policy:

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt. After dispatch, you will be intimated of the shipping details by email or by WhatsApp. Currently, we do not have insurance cover for the material being shipped. All orders are dispatched without an insurance cover please note. You have an option to opt for an insurance cover with the courier company at an additional cost.

We offer shipping by surface and by air. Most orders are executed by surface mode.

We currently use DTDC, Shree Maruthi, SPOTON and The Professional Couriers depending upon the quantity ordered and the geographical location. The number of days taken by the courier depends on the network and service levels of the courier company. Our control of the delivery ceases the moment we hand over the shipments to the courier company. However, we do try our best to coordinate with the courier company in case of a non-delivery or a delay in delivery. We will work with you and the courier company so that the delivery is made. We hope not to annoy our customers. We are at the service of our customers. At times a third party service like a shortfall of courier services does impact us. We request our customers to bear with us to resolve the issues.

For scheduled deliveries as per a fixed time frame please coordinate with our sales & dispatch section so that the material can be delivered as per your scheduled plan. 

 

Returns & Replacement Policy

We at www.bandsawblade.in take all measures to supply quality bandsaw blades. Should any of our customers encounter a problem, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone, email or by WhatsApp. Our customer service representatives will try their best to resolve the issue.

However during a transaction sometimes things can go wrong. Hence, we would like to take an informed decision to mitigate the issue. In case any of our customers have received a blade unsuitable or does not comply with the specs as per the order. We request the customers to return the blades for checking. Once we receive the blades we will inspect and determine the nature and cause of the defect or damage or suitability of the blade and will in good faith inform you of the liability for the damage caused. The liability part can be with us for any wrong lengths, widths or TPI, the liability can be with the courier company if the goods are damaged in transit, there is an option of insurance with a light premium with freight costs. The liability can be with the customer ordering the wrong blade dimension. Once the cause is determined we will inform you of our decision to replace the blades. We do not offer an automatic return just because you returned the blades to us.

For any returns, we expect that the blades be checked and returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of the material at your premises. You will not decide by yourself to return the blades. You will inform us of your intent to return the blades at your own cost. Once we consent then only you will dispatch the blades in the original packing, and we expect the returned material to be unused or have not been installed on a machine and no production was done using the said returned blades.

All the bandsaw blades are made as per order and are custom made. All the specifications for ordering are clearly mentioned on the online store www.bandsawblade.in. As the blades are custom made as per your order it is not possible to reimburse except we may consider exchange at a nominal charge for freight and handling.

Order cancellation & reimbursement policy

An order cannot be cancelled for reimbursement once the order is placed, and payment is received by bandsawblades.in

However, an order may be cancelled only if bandsawblades.in doesn’t supply as per your order within 30 working days of your online payment.

Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days and may be subject to banking transaction delays. We will send you proof of reimbursement by email.

No refunds or reimbursement will be accepted for wrong addresses, locked premises or refusal to take delivery of the package from the address mentioned on the package.

Bandsaw blades as per your order hence an order cannot be cancelled.
